I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to our Client Services Manager for the great service she has provided to us. She has gone above and beyond each and every time I have contacted her.
Every company wants your business, but it is rare to get regular emails just to check and see how things are going. I have never emailed her that I did not get a response immediately.
In reference to Banker’s Academy, we have been a customer since 2008. We had a need for sales training for our front line employees that was both specific to our products and computer-based, so that it was easy for our employees to access. I had my doubts on how “tailored” it could be, but I was extremely pleased. The process went quickly and almost as soon as I uploaded the personalized pages, it was ready for me to review. Every person along the implementation route was sharp and engaged; I felt like I was their only customer. Needless to say, I am very pleased that we purchased this product. I have been able to provide sales and service training to our entire staff that is available during slow periods, so that employees can access the training from their own workstation.
