Homeland Credit Union began using the Banker's Academy online training programs in 2008. We have found it to be the answer to training staff located in multiple offices and complying with ongoing training requirements from examiners.

The course content is quite thorough and kept up to date with required regulation changes. We have chosen to use the training program as part of our employee evaluation process by requiring specific courses. It also allows the employee to self-train on additional topics that may be of interest to them.

The response from our Client Services Manager has been nearly immediate. All resolutions have taken place within one to two days at the most. Communication with her has been great.

With the rising cost of custom training and on-site trainers, this certainly has met a direct need for our credit union. I would recommend Banker's Academy online training to any financial institution.
