I wanted to thank our Client Services Manager, the Director of Technology Services, and the rest of the Banker’s Academy team for doing such a great job in the deployment of our Regulatory Compliance training program.
Overall, as a first effort for us, I think it went extremely well. Our employee response was also very positive with an on-time completion rate of close to 100%.
I particularly want to our Client Services Manager and team for expediting the process of setting up the User IDs and passwords for the entire U.S. production staff. I recognize that the project had a unique set of challenges and I really appreciate the effort that was put into getting it done within such a compressed time frame.
