Over the years I have dealt with a lot of vendors and the vendors usually do really good until the contract is signed and the payments are made. We enjoy the fact that our CSM has remained extremely responsive and supportive to all of our needs and that will ultimately be what ensures a long relationship between the two companies. She has done a tremendous job! She is always extremely fast and generous with her time so when my bosses are pounding on my head looking for answers that certainly helps.
