As a company, customer service for us is #1 top priority. So being sensitive to outstanding and outrageous customer service, I'd have to say Banker’s Academy does a fantastic job in that arena.
Our CSM has been absolutely terrific and incredibly responsive. Not having been the one to set this up, I've been at a complete and total loss and you've been quite gracious in assisting me; it's as if he enjoys doing it! What a concept! I'm glad to know that the products are more easily tailored as last year we received considerable feedback about the courses being too long. Being able to shorten the series or only require a unit or two should make this year much easier to handle. Time will tell on this matter, but so far, no backlash.
