I am writing to express to you my satisfaction with the service I have received from your company. In a world where it seems customer service has become extinct it is such a breath of fresh air to work with your staff.
Of the times that I have called to speak to any department I have always been received with a warm greeting and prompt offer to help in any way. I would especially like to express my gratitude to and satisfaction with my Client Services Manager. Just last week I was experiencing a very busy Friday and was asked by upper management to generate some reports on student progress. I had very little time to do so and after realizing that I really wasn’t quite sure how to generate the information I needed I sent an email to him. I could not believe how quickly he responded with a phone call. He was able to show me a very simple way to get exactly what I needed. I was so impressed with the fact that he had everything that I needed there at his fingertips and almost instantaneously it was at mine through and email sent during our conversation.
He not only sent me a nice and easy step by step instructional, equipped with screen pictures and all, but he knew I was in a bind to get the information out rather quickly and sent me all that I needed in Excel format. I could not believe as we were talking how user friendly this reporting function was. Thanks to your company and David my hectic work week and my day-to-day work has been made so much easier.
