We’re a state chartered DeNovo bank in operation for slightly more than a year. We have a small compliment of very experienced individuals sharing multiple roles.

Time management and coordinating the availability of personnel to attend classroom-structured training is nearly impossible. Adding to this is the recent move from a temporary facility into our newly constructed building that was immediately piggy-backed by a very thorough regulatory exam. Compliance training for all bank personnel and directors was at the forefront of the exam.
