I was immediately impressed with the quality of Banker’s Academy online training. The training was very interactive. Along with how thorough the content was, Banker’s Academy has included many different tools within the training that all employees will benefit from.
Including links to outside resources, a brief overview of every current banking regulation--which are reviewed and updated on a constant basis--fun and interactive training exercises and so much more.In order to determine if Banker’s Academy would benefit all employees at Chesapeake Bank I asked the Head Tellers and some CSRs from both the North and South regions to review the demo provided by Banker’s Academy. The customer service at Banker’s Academy is outstanding! I’ve been impressed with both my salesperson and my Client Services Manager. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond. The decision to change our online learning provider was definitely a good one.
