The regulators, compliance officers, and associate development team are very happy with our relationship with Banker’s Academy and would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to spend an enormous amount of time and yet have a certified, effective, and up to date compliance training program.

In today’s changing regulatory environment, it is imperative that risk management and associate development know that we can rely on the fact that our compliance training is being taken care of now and as changes take place in the future. With Banker’s Academy, we selected from the Focus on Compliance catalogue available courses to create a program that fit my compliance officer’s and the Bank’s needs. I was able to select courses that met the requirements of the regulators and my learner population. Utilizing the Compliance course catalog allows our internal learning and development team to focus their attention on other projects and rely on the experts to handle our compliance training.

In addition to compliance training, we also created a custom teller program which has been very successful. The teller courses are engaging and allow new tellers to practice using system simulations.

Our Client Services Manager has been an integral part of our success. A requirement posed was that the courseware fully integrates with our LMS platform. Her technical knowledge, support, and ability to help immediately when any issue arose was greatly appreciated by our learning and development staff.
