The Victory Bank

We’re a state chartered DeNovo bank in operation for slightly more than a year. We have a small compliment of very experienced individuals sharing multiple roles.

Time management and coordinating the availability of personnel to attend classroom-structured training is nearly impossible. Adding to this is the recent move from a temporary facility into our newly constructed building that was immediately piggy-backed by a very thorough regulatory exam. Compliance training for all bank personnel and directors was at the forefront of the exam. This gave me an opportunity to explain and demonstrate our Focus on Compliance courses, testing and reporting measures. I want to take a moment to express our satisfaction with Banker's Academy. A few months after we loaded the initial group of courses, we found that we needed to re-bundle one of the courses into several smaller ones - you had it done in less than a day!

Since then we have purchased two other courses with the same prompt attention, and just this week we decided to purchase the full library for our employees. LibertyPointe Bank has been using Banker’s Academy On-Line Training Program for all bank employees since 2007. Banker’s Academy provides all necessary courses for the bank’s need whether required by regulations or by the bank.

The courses are easy to follow and understood. The test followed by each course ensures that the employee truly understands the course. Banker’s Academy also customizes the bank’s special need, which is very important for the bank and the bank’s employees are very pleased with this.

I’m extremely pleased with the customer service I received whenever I have questions. Our Account Manager was always quick in responding to my questions and requests in the most professional way. The operator was also very courteous in directing phone calls.
