Investors Bank

Investors Bank

As Investors Bank aggressively expanded in just a year, due to various acquisitions, it recognized the essential need to train its new employees within the legacy system, fast. Banker's Academy's System Simulation Training (SST) equipped front-line staff with the knowledge and skills they needed, efficiently and effectively---saving the Bank time, money and resources.

With the highly successful launch of SST, Investors again turned to Banker's Academy to provide a full curriculum. Banker's Academy's ready-to-deploy library offered comprehensive training with a consistent message at an affordable price.

Union Bank of California

Union Bank of California

When Union Bank of California received a consent order due to lack of documented BSA/AML policies and procedures, its Financial Investigation Unit (FIU) turned to Banker's Academy for its AML expertise and documentation creation solution. Banker's Academy gathered all available BSA/AML policies and procedures, standardized, validated, and identified missing policies and procedures, drafted those policies and procedures, and delivered all of the BSA/AML documentation in a searchable, on-demand, online and print-based format---enabling Union Bank of California to confidentially pull necessary reports for key compliance policies and procedures for its next audit.

First Gulf Bank (FGB)

First Gulf Bank (FGB)

From 2009-11, Banker's Academy taught thousands of students enrolled in technical, behavioral, fundamental, and functional training sessions. During that same timefame, FGB posted increasingly profitable quarterly results and was also named Organization of the Year in 2009 and 2010.

Due to Microsoft-Certified training courses and student assessments that we conducted to benchmark student aptitudes during Banker's Academy's training program, students advanced at least one level above their benchmark, and often two levels. This shows a direct correlation to productivity enhancements. By following Banker's Academy's recommendation to perform pre-assessments, FGB received a training-cost savings for all students who placed level two and above.

CheckFree

CheckFree

When CheckFree, a major money services business organization and a division of Fiserv, needed to demonstrate to examiners that it was providing training to 5,000 agents, it turned to Banker's Academy for an innovative solution to this pervasive program. Banker's Academy put in place a multi-faceted solution that included an online portal for agents with computers, and voice recognition and fax modules for agents who were not immediately able to use computers. The examiners were pleased, and the agents have thanked the home office group for giving them a solution that allows them to meet their compliance requirements.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB)

Aby Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB)

Beginning in 2010, Banker's Academy was chosen by ADIB to provide customized training solutions to both management and staff in the areas of performance management, leadership, and presentation skills. Banker's Academy provided training in performance management awareness procedures to 1,800 ADIB staff members, which focused on key elements of the Performance Management and Appraisal process and aligned organizational, departmental, and individual goals by focusing on role-based key performance indicators.

ADIB's successful completion of these training sessions led to the development of courses covering supervisory skills, leadership for middle management, and presentation skills for supervisors and managers in 2011. These programs equipped ADIB supervisors and managers with the skills and techniques necessary to effectively lead their teams and staff toward ADIB's strategic goals.

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB)

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB)

Banker's Academy was retained early in 2011 to conduct instructor-led training (ILT) at a leading investment bank in the KSA, SAIB. The bank was changing its focus to Retail Banking and requested training for at least half of its 900+ staff. Prior to the training, Banker's Academy management met with the division heads of the bank to conduct a training needs analysis (TNA), which exposed the imperative need to provide a dynamic instructor fluent in both Arabic and English who could motivate the participants, instill in them a customer service mentality, as well as connect with various levels of staff.

After concluding the training sessions in Branch Manager, Customer Service, Service Quality, Communication, and New Hire Orientations, SAIB employees had a comprehensive understanding of key learning objectives as well as a consistent message across SAIB's footprint, in addition to improved employee and organizational compliance.

  • We switched to Banker’s Academy over a year ago from a different online training program. The cost savings was tremendous - which has been very helpful in this time of budget cuts. We found that the training content is precise, to the point, and always current. It doesn't have a lot Read More
