We have been using the Banker’s Academy program for a few years now and have been very satisfied with the LMS system and how it helps us complete training requirements.

With the growth of our company, we were experiencing difficulty in ensuring that all employees were able to attend the training seminars we provided. Learning Link has helped us to overcome this challenge, as we can easily assign different training topics to all employees and track their progress using the website. We find this to be very beneficial as we can provide training to certain areas of our company that we were unable to offer prior to using Banker’s Academy.

I have had the pleasure to work with Banker’s Academy using several of their training solutions. We began the relationship with our highest priority, regulatory training. For several years we have satisfied all of our regulatory needs using the Banker’s Academy product, Focus on Compliance.

We have used several Banker’s Academy’s products, most notably, the system simulation training. When my department was faced with a major system conversion, minimal time to develop and deliver training and a directive to keep employees out of the classroom, Banker’s Academy was the right decision. We would have incurred much greater costs and missed training target dates had we not used this effective solution.

Contracting with a new vendor is always challenging. In my experience, execution on what was agreed to during contract negotiations requires managing the relationship closely. While most vendors hand you over after the completion of the sale, our salesperson at Banker’s Academy has been there since day one as my go to person. She is a true professional I have enjoyed working with for several years. We also work closely with our Client Services Manager who delights us daily.

Having managed multiple vendor relationships I continue to be impressed with the service that Banker’s Academy provides. They have never missed a deadline and have been flexible beyond reason as our priorities and requirements changed. Regardless of good or bad economic times, they retained my business because of the partnership approach they take and the attention they give to delighting the customer.

I would like to commend Banker’s Academy on their online compliance training courses. This is the first year our financial institution has used this format and we are very pleased with the results. The classes are very informative.

We lost our compliance officer a couple of months ago and I was assigned the training function. Thanks to our Client Services Manager, I learned quickly how to navigate the program and was able to satisfy our bank examiners. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to our Client Services Manager for the great service she has provided to us. She has gone above and beyond each and every time I have contacted her.

Every company wants your business, but it is rare to get regular emails just to check and see how things are going. I have never emailed her that I did not get a response immediately.

In reference to Banker’s Academy, we have been a customer since 2008. We had a need for sales training for our front line employees that was both specific to our products and computer-based, so that it was easy for our employees to access. I had my doubts on how “tailored” it could be, but I was extremely pleased. The process went quickly and almost as soon as I uploaded the personalized pages, it was ready for me to review. Every person along the implementation route was sharp and engaged; I felt like I was their only customer. Needless to say, I am very pleased that we purchased this product. I have been able to provide sales and service training to our entire staff that is available during slow periods, so that employees can access the training from their own workstation.
