What brings together all e-learning programs is its administrative piece. Through the Banker’s Academy LMS we have been able to follow the progress of our 540+ employees.

With minimal effort we can review the topics and modules that have been completed and at what level of competency. Navigating through the LMS is intuitive. A person can be very proficient with very little time investment. Changes in status of employees, such as a promotion, can be reflected in Learning Link with a few key strokes. We recently had an FDIC exam and the examiners were very impressed with the amount of detail in the record keeping available through the LMS.
