We converted to the Banker’s Academy’s online training program from DVD-based training one year ago. Not only did the change reduce the need for afterhours training, it eliminated the travel and shipping of training materials from branch-to-branch. This training program provides up-to-date information at our fingertips and is very user friendly.

Our Client Services Manager has always responded to our questions quickly and her knowledge of the software has made the transition almost effortless. All we have to do is ask and she takes care of the request.
