Our Compliance Specialists maintain a dynamic and chronological database of updates as they are made to our courses, in order to provide our clients with specific and detailed information as to the nature of these updates. We issue what we call our “Compliance Blast,” which provides an in-depth summary of all compliance updates. California Bank & Trust has done business with for our compliance training for many years. Naturally, I turned to them when I needed a quick training solution.

I needed to educate our employees on how to address customers' fears in light of all the Bank failures in the news today. I elected to customize their “Reassuring Our Customers” program to meet our specific needs. Working with their knowledgeable Customer Service Team and talented technical writers, I was able to deliver a professional program to over 1000 employees that teaches them how to best hold a conversation with worried customers regarding their FDIC insurance coverage and, more importantly, the soundness of our Bank.
