Banker's Academy is very helpful and goes above and beyond what I expect from our training partners. Recently, I was looking for a template to write a training policy. Shortly after asking our Client Services Representative, I received an email with a great template that has been very helpful in writing the policy. He is always ready to help out, whether I am asking him to review additional courses or to update our current library.
