Our Compliance Specialists maintain a dynamic and chronological database of updates as they are made to our courses, in order to provide our clients with specific and detailed information as to the nature of these updates. We issue what we call our “Compliance Blast,” which provides an in-depth summary of all compliance updates. Banker’s Academy training certainly serves as a great refresher for those that have been around banking for a while. Several employees have commented that they’ve gone straight to the quizzes only to find out they didn’t know as much as they thought and had to go back to the beginning.

The Branch Managers LOVE it. They finally have something constructive for their staff to do during down times other than surfing the net. It has also been great for our new hires. It really helps to reinforce the “live” training they are getting. I would say we are pleased with our investment.
