One of my favorite LMS features is how easy it is to pull training records for all classes or on a specific class or student.

Whenever we have asked a customer service question, or needed support, the response times have been excellent and very timely. As a matter of fact, we called the technical support one day, and one of the technicians went above and beyond what was required by him, and then checked back.

I also enjoy the updates of new classes.
