This course was very helpful for me and clarified a lot of my doubts about TouchPoint. I think that everyone would benefit from this course, whether it be a short version with one simulation each transaction or this version. I think at least supervisor and managers should take the course because the more exposure to it the better and easier it will be for everyone. The walkthrough and the simulations were great.
