Our Compliance Specialists maintain a dynamic and chronological database of updates as they are made to our courses, in order to provide our clients with specific and detailed information as to the nature of these updates. We issue what we call our “Compliance Blast,” which provides an in-depth summary of all compliance updates. In this manner we keep our clients informed of regulatory changes in the industry that affect their eLearning training.

We have been using Banker's Academy since we opened for business in 2008 and find our program to be both complete and user-friendly. The management of the program can be done easily and does not require much time.

Our management believes that Banker's Academy is the best online training available. We use the training for new hires and to meet annual training requirements for existing employees. The Bank and our employees have definitely benefited from the knowledge gained from the training.

In addition to the program being top-notch, we also find our Senior Client Services Manager to be very responsive to any requests we have. Since we have implemented this training, we have had a substantial amount of contact with her and find her to be both professional and knowledgeable.

Citizens Bank

Citizens Bank is so thrilled to be back with the LMS system hosted by Banker’s Academy. We had tried the ABA Compliance Training that was offered as a free product; however, we found that there is a reason why it’s free.

The program was very hard to handle from an administrative side and the students found difficultly from the participant side. The information did not flow properly and the online site gave us technical issues. The site was not user-friendly and the support was nonexistent. We are thrilled to be back with Banker’s Academy and the LMS for all of our online compliance training needs. The service is excellent, the product is superior and the program is user-friendly for all individuals in the organization. I highly recommend Banker’s Academy.

Henry Eber - Bank Teller

I have recently completed the Banker’s Academy online teller training program. I thought that the course was terrific. It gave me both a clear understanding of the skill sets required to be a successful teller as well as a clear understanding of how a retail bank operates.

I particularly liked the real life simulations as well as the interactive features of the program.

The Banker’s Academy course has prepared me for all aspects of successfully performing the duties of the teller position, including cash handling, processing teller transactions and a comprehensive knowledge of banking products. In fact, I recently passed the Citibank online Teller/Customer Service aptitude test.

I have prior experience within the banking industry and the teller program leaves me fully qualified, confident and prepared to reenter the banking industry on the retail end as a teller.

I wholeheartedly recommend the course to anyone looking to get started in retail banking. I would definitely take more courses from Banker’s Academy.
