This course will give an overview of the types of robberies that can occur within a financial institution and preventative measures that financial institutions and their employees should take in the event of a robbery. Additionally the learner will gain the skill to observe his or her surroundings and be able to put financial institution security measures into effect. Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to understand:

This course will introduce the learner to Regulation I's relation to the issue and cancellation of capital stock. The course will discuss for the learner the requirements of Federal Reserve member banks. After completing this program, the learner will understand:

  • Reasons for cancellation of member bank's ownership of Reserve Bank stock.

  • Relationship of Regulation K to foreign banks.

  • When leases can be renegotiated and extended.
