This course will provide an overview of Consumer Driven Healthcare Plans (CDHPs) and will detail the various types of plans that are offered. After completing this course, the learner will understand:

  • The call script.
  • Types of negotiations.
  • The changing customer.

Seat Time: 0.75hrs - Desc:

This course will discuss the issues that tend to arise with project management, such as conflicts, time, and quality of the project. This course will also discuss the likelihood of such issues, as well as the causes, challenges, benefits, and resolutions. After completing this program, the learner will be able to:

  • Identify, analyze, and approach issues such as conflict, time, and quality.
  • Address the necessity of planning and prioritizing in order to meet a deadline.
  • Ensure the quality of a project.

This course will introduce the learner to effective sales skills. The course will familiarize the learner with maintaining sales professionalism and increasing sales. Upon successful completion of the course, the learner will have a strong understanding of the following:
