T1. CAN-SPAM and Financial Institutions: This topic will introduce the learner to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, which determines regulations and options for consumer email, as well as reviews the goals of the Act and the role of the financial institution.
T2. The Examination Process: This topic will teach the learner about the examiners who audit the financial institution on its compliance with federal laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act so that the learner is prepared to handle examination procedures.
T3. Do-Not-Call Rules: This topic will introduce the learner to the Do-Not-Call Registry enacted to allow customers to retain control over what type of commercial calls are received and discusses the exceptions to the law.

Junk Fax Protection Act (JFPA): This topic will teach the learner about the Junk Fax Protection Act of 2005Æs (JFPAÆs) restrictions on fax advertising, including a discussion of the definitions of ôunsolicited advertisementö and ôestablished business relationshipö so that the learner is able to make these distinctions.
