Training On Sexual Harassment. It’s The Law In California.
As of January 1, 2006, every credit union in California was required to provide two hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees every two years. Additionally, all new supervisors must be trained within six months of hire or promotion. Organizations that do not comply face significant financial and legal penalties.
What's The Course Like?
This computer-based training program provides all the information your supervisors, managers and executives need to know about sexual harassment and the new law. Through engaging interactive exercises, your personnel will gain the skills and knowledge needed to prevent, detect and report sexual harassment. In addition, Focus on California Sexual Harassment for Credit Unions allows your employees to contact Human Resources staff through a Q&A tab directly from the course, so that they can ask questions and receive immediate answers, as required by the new law.
Focus on California Sexual Harassment for Credit Unions may be customized for your organization, including your Credit Union's policies and procedures, or it may simply be branded with your logo.

What If We Don't Know Everyone Who Is A Supervisor Under The New Law?
Not a problem. Focus on California Sexual Harassment for Credit Unions comes with a wizard that will ask your employees several questions to determine whether or not they are required to take the training.
